We buy properties within about 30 miles of the Quad Cities, on both sides of the Mississippi River in Iowa and Illinois. For the right property, we’ll go up to about 60 miles. That includes Davenport, Bettendorf, Moline, Rock Island, and the communities around them. If you’re not sure whether your property is in our area, just ask.
