You’ll meet with a partner in the business: someone with an ownership stake in Porch Light Properties, not a hired representative. We set it up this way on purpose. The people who tour homes are personally invested in our reputation and in the full life of each property we buy, from renovation to resale. That keeps their interests aligned with treating you fairly and doing exactly what we say we’ll do.
